- Where do you get all these accessories?
L'écrin M's jewelry is sold through official authorized agents of local French/European/Japanese brands/workshops , while the antique/vintae jewelry is unique treasures that M, the shop owner, finds from various flea markets in Europe from time to time.
- What is the material of the jewelry?
All brand new jewelry pieces are made of brass or 925 silver plated with 14-24k gold or silver , with a thickness of up to 3mm. They are specially treated to be hypoallergenic, waterproof, and resistant to fading.
Antique and vintage jewelry items are gold-plated, and detailed specifications are not available. Please place an order only if you’re comfortable with this..
- Is it okay to wear jewelry while showering?
The jewelry is waterproof, but since it is not made of pure gold or silver, it is still not recommended to wear it for extended periods while showering, swimming, or exercising, and to avoid excessive contact with chemicals.
- Does this jewelry come with a warranty?
L'écrin M jewelry comes with a one-year warranty. Within one year from the date of purchase, if any product defects occur due to non-human factors, please contact customer service through the official Line or Instagram.
- How long does it take for my order to be shipped after I place it?
Taiwan in-stock items: After placing an order and confirming payment, the goods will be shipped within 3 business days.
French pre-orders and antique/vintage jewelry: Shipment takes approximately 2-4 weeks after order placement and payment confirmation.
Please note that delays in brand production may extend the waiting time. You will be notified if any delay occurs. If an item becomes out of stock at the brand, a full refund will be issued.
- What are the shipping costs and delivery methods?
Taiwan:
Pick up at 7-Eleven or FamilyMart: Free shipping on orders over $1,500; otherwise, a $60 shipping fee will be charged.
SF Express Delivery: Free shipping on orders over $5,000; orders under $5,000 will incur an $80 shipping fee.
Hong Kong and Macau:
SF Express: The shipping fee is $200 regardless of the amount spent.
- Return and exchange policy
As the jewelry is a customized product delivered upon the consumer’s request in opened personal hygiene packaging, it is not covered by the 7-day online shopping return policy. To protect hygiene standards, we regret that returns and exchanges are not accepted for sold items.
If you receive a defective item, please contact customer service within seven days of receipt. We will arrange a return or exchange and cover the related shipping costs. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging so we can process your request promptly.
